1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Verit, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2) Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and use the services in compliance with applicable law.
3) Services
Verit provides tools and related features for demand testing, analytics, and workflow support. Features may change, be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
4) Account and Communications
If you submit contact information, you agree it is accurate and that we may contact you regarding demos, product updates, and service-related notices.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws or third-party rights;
- misuse, disrupt, or interfere with our systems;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- reverse engineer or scrape services in prohibited ways;
- submit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content.
6) Intellectual Property
Verit and related content, branding, and software are owned by Verit or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, no rights are granted to you.
7) Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Verit a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and improve the services based on that feedback.
8) Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party tools (for example scheduling or analytics providers). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
9) Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verit and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to Verit for the services in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if no fees were paid).
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verit and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe these Terms were violated or for security, legal, or operational reasons.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
